Utility Consumption Customer Portal

City of Sanger customers of our water and electric service now have the ability to review their consumption information online.  The online customer portal will allow customers to view your usage and make more informed choices. This gives our customers more control to manage water and electric usage and help save them money. .







In the Portal: 
  • track usage hourly, daily, or monthly
  • set up usage and leak alerts
  • compare usage to temperature and rainfall
  • monitor usage while away on vacation

Please follow the instructions below to access the Customer Portal

To Create Your Login:

  • Navigate to the Customer Portal 
  • Click "Need to Set Up an Account?"
  • Click "I Accept"
  • Type in your email address and click "Get Started"
  • A link will be sent to your email.  
  • Follow the link.
  • Fill out the form with the information on your bill

Tips

  • Enter your name as it appears on your bill
  • Enter your account number with all numbers and dashes.  00-0000-00
  • If you need to add additional accounts, go to user settings.
